What is an isolator?

An isolator is essentially a ciculator with termination (load) placed on port 3.

They eliminate transmitter intermodulation by preventing RF from entering the PA stage.

Isolators form a integral part of any hybrid of cavity combining system.

Single isolators are fitted as standard on PROCOM hybrid combiners (Dual Isolators Optional) and dual isolators fitted on cavity combiners as standard.
